We’ve all eaten amazing food in restaurants and wondered what the secret recipe is, or that magical ingredient is that makes that dish so special. For many of us once we find a dish we love in a particular restaurant, each time we go there its tough not to order the same dish every time despite there being a huge menu in front of us.
Despite having all kinds of food available on the menu, many restaurants have special signature dishes which are created using top secret recipes and ingredients making them the most popular dishes on the menu. Even though I do love going to eat in great restaurants, the idea of being able to cook these secret restaurant dishes myself at home is something that really appealed to me.
This idea really appealed to me for several reasons. The first reason was plain curiosity of wondering what are the ingredients in those secret restaurant recipes that make them taste so good. Then I got to thinking I could really save some money by finding out these top secret recipes and getting the ingredients and making it myself, therefore enjoying them without paying those restaurant prices. Then the thought also occurred to me of how impressed my friends would be if they came over to eat and I cooked a famous restaurant recipe that tasted exactly the same if not better than having it in the restaurant.
